A client-facing discovery role. Not sales. Not marketing.

OneSun Strategies helps organizations identify practical, high-value ways to improve workflows with AI. Our work sits at the intersection of workflow analysis, AI opportunity assessment, advisory and action planning, and founder-led pilot development. Some engagements connect to LockN, our long-term platform direction for controlled, high-leverage human-agent work.

This role is for someone who can listen well, think clearly, stay organized, and help move qualified opportunities forward. It is a real job with visible impact, not a vanity role and not a passive support position.

§B · WHAT YOU WILL DO

Four areas of work.

AREA 01
First-pass workflow discovery
Run early discovery with prospective clients. Understand how work flows today, where bottlenecks and handoff failures exist, which workflows are realistic candidates for AI assessment, and who the real decision-makers are.
AREA 02
Assessment & advisory progression
Help move opportunities into paid AI Workflow Assessments, Action Plans, optional founder readouts, and a limited number of pilot reservations. You create clarity, trust, and commercial momentum — you are not expected to architect the solution.
AREA 03
Keep qualified opportunities moving
Follow-up and coordination, scheduling, structured notes, workflow summaries, proposal and SOW support, procurement and paperwork, and internal summaries that reduce founder thrash.
AREA 04
Grow into higher-leverage support
Over time the role may expand into first-draft report assembly, workflow summary preparation, client-facing document support, and more of the structured work behind assessments and action plans.
